The project consists of the demolition of a town house built in 1843 which was awkwardly altered, extended, enhanced and renovated several times and which today comprises 6,100 m2 of aboveground offices.
The future contemporary and ageless office building will have a building height of GF+5 + 2 recessed floors and a total surface area of 7,315 m2 aboveground.
